Thats what happened to my Sister with my Niece and nephews in the car. She got t-boned though and the stupid guy took off. My Bro-Inlaw chased him but he got away. Some people said they seen what happened and that he lived in the neighborhood but they weren't sure what house!!There was a Police report filed but they didn't do anything. Really nice help huh!Yeah the guy was never caught.

Maybe you can ask around and see if anyone seen anything or heard anything. Hope you guys find the person(s).
