- Wed Aug 19, 2015 8:28 am #355369 I been slacking a little bit been busy with life lol. Here is an update I painted the valve cover with the same paint I used for the engine bay. I had some PPG clear coat lying around and put on several coats. I assembled the engine and mounted it back in the car. Here's the he pics hope you guys like it.

Wanted to see how the valve cover would look on the engine.

Painted the intake manifold with left over engine enamel came out pretty good. I took a chance on this replica header. Just testing the fitment it was alright I was hoping it would have been better.

Hoist away my son is excited the engine is going back in.

Thanks, and the header is from eBay DNA Motoring. I think it's a Bisi replica.
