My lock on the inside of my door panel is loose, meaning I can't lock my door from the inside. How do I fix this. Oh it's the driver side door.

pull the door panel off and you'll see exactly what he is talking about. I've been in there before and with the holes on the inside of the door, there is enough room to get in there to replace the parts.

Your dealership sucks. My guy just pulls up a diagram of my model and I can tell him what vicinity the part is in and point it out to him.
But yeah, it's definitely the little plastic connector, both of mine are proken, but keyless entry ftw.

yeah, I have to do that too. I think that's normal though...

but yeah, I'm no help.

that is to help keep you from locking your keys in your car (supposedly - I've still done it lol) That is normal for the drivers side door. pass is regular.
to the original poster, take the part out of your door and bring it in to the parts dept. Tell them "I need THIS"
