or say you owned a pair of honda civic license plates from the 70s. on the front of your car or the back throw those on... or put em in the window or something ..

#192932 I see old muscle cars that run the period correct plates - I don't know the steps they take to do it but i bet you could do it for any car that is old enough. Probably something like a 25 or 35 year minimum though. So I doubt they would let you run old school plates on a newer car.

as far as I know if you have the original plates to your car you can have them on. otherwise you cant.

I have historical plates on my matador. really it doesn't matter. people with older cars arnt about to commit crimes with them. we arnt even required to get them e checked.
