better safe than sorry... especially if it's going on an engine that is going to see more HP than stock.

- Mon Mar 05, 2012 1:49 am #297011 That's still in good shape, scuff it up a little with some sandpaper and then spray it off with brake clean.

- Mon Mar 05, 2012 3:49 am #297028 You can have them surfaced its better that you do that then scuff if yourself. The clutch needs a good surface to grab to and you will not get all the hot spots off of the flywheel with sand paper or emery paper cause its deep down in the metal.

So either replace it or have it re-surfaced.
