#38214 if you want to remove the whole assembly, unbolt & lower the steering column. unhook throttle cable & the brake pedal from the brake booster. disconnect the brake switch. then you have enough room to slide the pedal assembly out & put the new one in.

If you just want to replace the brake pedal, unbolt your new maual brake pedal from the asembly so you can see how it goes. then unbolt the auto pedal from your car & put the manual one in. this way is tight on space, and you have to feel your way around cause you won't always be able to see what you are doing up behind the dash.

there's one I wrote for my EK, similar to EG.
On my EG I removed the entire assembly. on my EK I just replaced the auto brake pedal with the manual one.

#38571 I went too crazy shaving the bay and forgot to leave the holes on the shock tower for when Ii converted to manual. so I put the clutch fluid tank in the cowl & that's the line running to it.

#39794 damn you sold that fast, how did you do it? I've had mine for sale over a year and no bites lol.

You don't need anything from the auto tranny. just get the nuts that bolt to the mounts if your new tranny doesn't have them already.
