Loose timing belt. Help me

- Sat Dec 19, 2009 11:58 pm #162932 I have a 95 gsr motor. I just noticed the timing belt is very loose. It's flapping around. What do I do. What could be the problem. Please help

- Sun Dec 20, 2009 12:52 am #162934 the problem may just be that the timing belt is stretched. this could happen from not being changed at regular intervals of from doggin the hell out of the motor as in, taking it to redline alot. your best bet would be to change the timing belt. :thumb:

thats not the gsr from the wrecked car you bought, is it?

- Fri Jan 08, 2010 6:13 am #166702 had this issue it was the tensioner pully for me $50 from oem honda more then the belt...
