I know we got some avid photographers on this site, most of them being professionals! So who better to ask then you guys! I'm looking for a camera for her so she can do some good photography. Not some million dollar camera, but not a friggin $100 p.o.s. I don't know jack about cameras, but I'm guessing SLR is the way to go?!? lol I want to buy her a camera so she can do anything she wants. I'm looking to spend around 200-500 on it. Its gotta be digital, no film cameras wanted here. I'm guessing I'm looking for 5mp and up. What I'm really looking for is a kit, meaning a camera body with a lens. Cheaper the better, i really would like to save some of my money for my car lol. fuck someone help me lol. Lemme know what the hell i should be looking at here lol.

My bad, it's their fail for posting a pic with the lens, it's my fail for not reading completely, and just looking at prices.

If you have any circuit city stores left in your area, check them out. They were dirt cheap around here b/c they were going out of business.

The XSi is actually a higher model above the XS

And it is true, just like with the old XT and XTi would both do good jobs both cameras are good cams and you'd be happy with either if you got one or the other.
