i need feedback...

Ok, so for the LONGEST time I've wanted a 92-95 Civic sedan. I don't know why, but I've always been attracted to them. Anyways, some of you know what kind of work I actually have in the sol. Pretty much rebuilt twice, and alot of work.

So last night after leaving BWW, I run into a guy with one. We get to talking, and I ask him if he would be interested in a trade. He said "YES!". Kinda surprised me. Right now I just think I'm trying to grow up a little bit, in wanting a 4 door. I know what I want to do, but what I needed to do is ask someone else's opinion.

I like honesty, so feel free to lay it on me (to an extent).

If you need both cars history, let me know I'll post up what I know.

Newer paint job (some flaking paint, but the sol needs a fender, and hood painted)
some type of lowering suspension
very clean interior (minus carpet, which i would buy)
EX (rear disks, power everything, vtec motor)
clutch needs replaced (but he says he has a new one)
Same motor mods (minus exhaust leak)

I would like to find a deal, but at this time it seems right to me. But at the same time, I don't want to give up something I've worked so hard on. I mean I've had the sol for over 5 years, I have so much into it. I'm just confused.

+1 more. I want to build GTS corolla and have had people offer 20 valve swapped GTS's w/ straight bodies and I could not no it. Regret is a bitch.
