- Tue Jun 08, 2010 4:56 pm #199223 Ok on my EG i took out the pump last year when i swap a newer d16z6. i never did take out the power steering line going into the rack. will any issues arise from me just having the line there? still connected to the rack?

Heres a pic... The line is sitting on top of the driver side mount.
