#53857 filler primer is only good for getting out very minor imperfections like pinholes or small scratches. for making the body work look even, some good quality filler is needed.

What did you do to fix the inner fenders or did you not bother with em ?? Thats what is holding me up right now...dont really have the shop tools to fabricate some repairs from like sheet metal or something...Ive heard from some that the inside looks dont really matter to much as long as there is a quality seal etc.. If you did fix the inner fenders can ya put some pics up??

for some reason i didn't take any pics of that but i smoothed them out as much as possible. i didn't want to seal it up b/c if i'm right that is why the fender rusts out in the first place was because moisture got into the seal so i just made them a smooth edge and left it open. i figure if water got in once it will happen again. plus i don't plan on driving this in the winter anymore.

#54818 Looking good man, all I gotta say to you, is Filler filler filler, you wanna lay down at LEAST 2 good coats of it, Sand it with 80 then 180 then higher grits as you go, then buy etching primer, prime the SHIT out of it, if not the water will soak into the fill.. Also the etching primer should seal it, and when you go to spray bomb it, or whatever you use, it wont soak into the fill and look distorted,, this looks like its coming along great,,

And are your rims Drag dr16s. or rotas? Im looking to buy a set of Drag dr 16s and dont know the price?

Put some good under coat sealer, i've used Herculiner from any autoparts. you should seal it, if not it could get rusted again and ruin your job. dirt in time will trap moisture
