- Mon Apr 28, 2008 4:01 pm #52883 got the rust fixed on my car this weekend thought i would post up a few pics, i also put on some eibach sportlines too. i haven't gotten around to painting yet so it looks like a franken car. ill get some new pics up when im done today. let me know what you think

how did the area behind he side skirts look? mine were horrible and ended up having to replace 1/2 of them and put the square holes in them to put the skirt clips back on. PITA

Same here, round holes work too though, easier

His look alright near the wheel wells which tend to be the worst spots. Damn southeners and their good weather

it wasnt my garage, but i did all the cutting a grinding and had some help from my friends dad.

they were not too bad at all. the passenger side was the worst but just took a little grinding and it was ok. i used this stuff called piclex (sp?) its supposed to be a really good rust preventor and it's supposed to strengthen the welds too.

it is harder than it looks!
