- Tue Jul 07, 2009 11:56 pm #129058 Recently, had some thieves open my hood to cut siren and other stuff but couldnt get into car because of door locks... the hood latch cable came off the latch and is not connected.... does anyone know of a way to open the hood by just playing with the latch from under the car.... thanks

- Wed Jul 08, 2009 1:57 am #129088 it is NOT gonna be easy. I did it on my EK when the latch seized and it was a bitch. And EK's have a hole where the grille is, EG's do not.
