#77528 teal, do you have a computer at your work or something like me? so 35 offset is flush with the fender?

I doubt it will be perfectly flush with the fender, but it will be closer than the higher offset wheel. 7mm isn't much of a difference but it will help a little.

Here's some low offset wheels on civics: http://civic-eg.com/viewtopic.php?t=3161

You can see they are using much lower offsets. Of course, you won't need as low of an offset on a wider rim. Offset is the amount of MM the mounting surface is from the center point of the rim.

The +35 will look good and you should still be on the safe side from rubbing unlike a lot of the cars in that other thread.
