#42941 I'm seeing more and more civics & integras running low offset or even 0 offset wheels with slightly stretched tires.
The VW's have been doing it for ages, as well as some of the VIP sedans. How do you like it on hondas?
common (cheap) rims for the low offset look are Axis Old School (15x8 +25mm) and Sportmax 002, Sportmax 501 (15x8 +15mm)

#42948 My opinion:

Low offset is for German cars, big V8's, Skylines, RWD cars etc etc

Don't bring them to Honda :(

Honda is ment to be clean & slammed.

#42957 Looks are great, but handling sucks.
And you should have a lot of money set aside for replacing a lot of undercarriage parts like wheel bearings and stuff...

Stick with offset 40-45 IMO.

#42976 the deal with this puts alot of stress on the hubs. Some people just do it because it "looks cool" and have no idea of the effect it has and the strain you put your racks under.

#43015 Mine are a pretty low offset, looks badass though, fills the wheel arch a lot better than the fat fives or other wheels ive had did

Ive not got stretched tyres or anything, and it most certainly doesnt handle shit

#43123 i love the look of low offset wheels no doubt about it, but like slipcivic said, if it's bad for the car, then not worth doing it.

form follows function.

#43129 I agree, function over fashion :)

It looks really good, but keep in mind it puts tremendous stress on parts wich where not designed to handle the involved increased forces.
