Has any one used Megan Racing sleeves? I'm considering using them on my hatch.
Car came with some pos BOMZ sleeves....aka the other ebay junk. Rode like ass. Figured the struts couldn't handle it so I got some AGXs. Helped a little but still handled and rode crappy.
A friend donated me his S2 sleeves and I wasn't inpressed. Front seemed fine, ass of the car seemed to bounce.... and bounce hard. Seemed like it didn't matter what setting or ride height I set them for it still sucked.
So I came across the Megan Racing sleeve system on horsepower freaks. Not a whole hell of a lot of info on them and they're closed as it's Saturday night. My other choice are the Matrix sleeves. I'm not a fan of matrix goods so yea...
I have a new set of KYB AGXs on the way as well as a energy suspension master kit. I'm not looking to go to a full coil-over setup since the car is a weekend driver/track worrior now. Only reason I want a coil/sleeve system is to get my axle angle even with the h22 swap. If you're not fimilar with the h22 swap, you're axles sit at an odd angle. Tryin to get them as close to 90* as possiable
So through my babbeling, you have a general idea of my needs. If you have used them let me know, if you know the spring rates vs stock that's sweet too
