#195432 I enlarge the existing hole that the heater core lines went through. It's right in the middle of the firewall.

Not sure what you mean about the dash harness through the firewall... the dash harness should stay on the cabin side of the firewall. No need for it to go into the engine bay. Only the engine harness. :thumb:

#195613 thanks for the help teal. to run the wire through where the heater core hoses go i would have to remove my heater correct?? cause ima keep my heater.

also what i mean about the dash harness is., doesnt it come out the fire wall and connect to the engine harness, so i would have to pull the dash harness back into the cabin so that i could pull it the center of the dash.

i am posting a pic to better see what im talking about. im having some problems with this lol i feel retarded lol

http://i536.photobucket.com/albums/ff33 ... 1454-1.jpg i need to pull this back into the cabin if im correct

#195650 If you are keeping your heater then you will need to make a new hole for the wires to go through. Where you put the hole is up to you.

That pic is the harness that goes to the fuse box. If you are keeping your fuse box in the original place, then leave those. If you are relocating your underhood fuse box to the inside of your dash, then pull those back inside of the firewall. :thumb:

#196197 does the dash have to come out to do a wire tuck? and do any wires under the dash have to be extended?

#196205 I took my dash out, makes it easier to get behind there. Only wires going outside of the engine bay needed to be extended. Check out my wire tuck thread for details on the wires I had to extend:

#196272 so far i have been using your diy and its really good. i know the basic just of doing a wire tuck lol i just cant seem to figure out how the wiring harnsses under the dash are configured...i think that would help me alot.

like the plugs that connect to the engine harness have to be moved to the center of the car but i think im missing a crucial part of how that is routed and what its connected to on the other side.

also your diy is awesome but in the pics the harnesses under the dash are already stripped and i cant tell how they went or whatnot

im just trying to figure it allout cause my car is dead in the water till i do. the engine harness is tucked and taped and made and ready to go just gotta do the other crap now lol.
