#120075 Recently, had a problem with unable starting up the car, when turning the key... car didnt crank but fuelpump is good, now that everything starts.. when turning the key to fire it up, the motor jerks funny and the headlights turn off? could it be a dead battery? also what kind of batteries can i usually use, i saw 30$ 4pound atv battery at walmart... would this be usuablle

#120077 you can take your battery to a place such as autozone and they will test it for you there.

Most likely an atv battery won't have enough cca's to start your car.
I've heard of some people using motorcycle batteries for less weight but they aren't as reliable on a street car. Leave your headlights on for a couple minutes and you can forget about your car starting.

I just got an odyssey PC680 http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... =ODY-PC680 but my car has most accessories removed, is not a daily driver, and is never started when it's cold out. The battery is only 15 lbs and just a little bit bigger than a single DIN head unit though. Great choice if you're looking to shed some lbs :thumb:
