Nice car but you paid ALOT for it

i would have paid alot for it in the market at the moment, but it was 4 YEARS ago now so was average price with full service history and low mileage for the year. now i could get a vti for over a grand so understand what you mean but average parkers price ath the time (i got the book to check) was 2000-2500 for milage like mine at the time so i dissagree

may invest in some coilovers when i get some cash does need to be a few cm lower glad you like it thanks for the comment.

yeah am happy with it, would have been a little overpriced but it was from a dealer and i traded in my golf with blown head gasket was an E reg got 400 off from that so baically cost me 1600, had fresh mot, service and years warranty with it which isnt bad for a dealer. but you get what you pay for could have got a right shitter for the same price.....

decided to attack the air duct covered in loads of sillicone, got some great stuff off ebay "sili-kill" proved to be invaluable!!

amount i took off



finished result



filled holes, must have been a stone at high velocity



also had to use sili-kill for a new licence plate surround as old number plate had been stuck on with loads of black sillicone pain to get off but got there in the end....



got some neoprene ducting off ebay for the duct when i fit it



and hardcore clamp, beast!!



also recieved cylinder stopper from tegiwa, quick postage and looks good, just have to fit it, not much chance at the moment

those ducts look just like the ones I have made by a friend here in the states.

really thats cool, came from malta been looking for a cheaper alternative to a j's racing duct, finnaly found one

cheers, mugen one is off had that to cover where there is laquer overspray where the old coupe badge was. others are comming off soon, thinking of getting spoon stickers doors sunstrip and rear window...........
