The Beginning.....
The swap is complete, and she started right up!
Mods:
B16a 92-95 B16a SiRII Swap ( Bought from Hmotorsonline.com! )
Stage 1 Exedy Clutch
DC 4-1 Header
Intake/Vibrant Filter
Full 2 1/4" exhaust
Skunk2 Lower Control Arms
Neuspeed Springs
Dyno'd at 146whp and 101 lbs torque on stock ECU, unchipped and untuned
Time to see all the imperfections lol before the work begins
here is a MAJOR update
first, we'll start will BEFORE pictures. this shows the shit wrong with this car before we did anything
Replacing the current damaged fender with a newer OEM one. Sanded down and primed
We also had to replace the passenger side front and rear door. Later to find out after we pulled the old doors off, there was at LEAST 3 inches or more of bondo on them. A nice dent in the rear and along the front pass. door. I couldn't believe it. A few holes in the door from were they attempted to pull it out it seems. Glad i replaced them!!!
Time to sand down the car
And a word from our sponsors lol
Hmmm, they don't say much huh lol
The next day....
We also got a replacement bumper. The one currently on the car, had a few dents plus it was cracked.
Time for primer
He went ahead and sprayed the door jams
