#37962 Hi, I remember back in the day (92-95) where the 1st gen projector lights were in and curious on how they look like. They look similar to these but I have never seen them on cars lately. I know the JDM look is in but wanted to know if anyone still has these?

The one listed here is a knock off. The real name would be 92-95 CIVIC DENJI PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS

#37989 Is there a difference between the coupe/3dr headlights and the 4dr sedan headlights? If I am not mistaken they should all fit except for the 1pc and corner lights is that corect? :?

#38031 I like the look of the HID conversion. How much does it cost and how much wiring is involved?

#38051 i paid for mine about $800(including shipping, Canada so its alot more, and had to buy 2 sets od headlights) you can do a TSX retrofit for probably about $500 or so.. i think anyway.. either way it's better results then a kit

... i still have to redo mine with my new headlights

#38068 Cost of Headlights : $0-$100 (depending if you have lights to begin with or set out to buy a set)

Cost of HID Projector : $150-$300 (Depending if you want bixenons or not and which projectors you want)

Cost of HID Bulbs + Ballast : $80-$300 (depending on taiwanese noname to OEM setups like Denso or Hella.

Retrofit Tools : huge range

Labor : At least a good 3 hours if you know what you are doing.

if you have a dremel and purchase a few random bolts here and there with the sealant, you are looking at maybe less than 20bucks in extra parts.

I spent about $170 total on my setup as the headlights were given to me as a trade for my stock seats (who wants stock eg seats) and the HID ballasts and bulbs were from my mom's IS300 old headlights (was in a car accident). I spent probably about 20bucks on misc bolts and sealant and dremel bits. I paid $150 on ebay for TSX projectors.

It did take me 6 months to finally finish because I didnt want to buy parts and somehow they all came to me. :thumb:

#38101 But then again, you are Derbo, we all can't be as good as you :hehe:

I assed out and got 4 kits (2 lows, 2 highs) for about $300 because I got them around cost. Projectors cost me $200, they are the glass casing, not plastic.

I'm quite happy with the output, they needed to be redirected slightly and cleaned inside but I never did get around to that and maybe never will if I get rid of the car here in the next few days...

In terms of lighting though with no respect to aesthetic appearance, HIDs are quite superior, my high beams light up entire towns when I drive through, and they look pretty bad-ass.

Most people in the fast lane will merge over and make way for my 102hp HID-equipped beast because they probably think I'm something I'm not
