parts list/machine work is as follows
-head was milled and valves where newly seated and has new seals
-NGK spark plugs and wires
-Spec-D tuning 4-2-1 header
-short ream intake with K&N filter
-Y8 intake manifold
-stage 3 XTD 6 puck sprung clutch
-P28 chipped ecu
-brand new crank with matching bearings and rod replacement $400
-OEM oil pump from Honda $140
-OEM water pump from Honda $65
-OEM timing belt from Honda $40
-Hastings piston rings (std. bore) $35
-honed out cylinders (did my self)
-new oil pan $75
-ARP head studs $110
-ALL the seals and gaskets in the lower end (head gasket, rear main seal, oil pan gasket etc. etc.) all about $75
so basically the bottom end is brand new
i have put about 500 miles on it so far and everything seems to be running awesome..the car started right up with out any hesitation on its first start up...it sounds like its running really healthy so far
i painted the block and transmission to make them look nice as well
