#252168 soo sanded the bondo spots were the holes were just gotta fix a couple of them, took the drivers side fender off and front end off the ground to do the valve adjustment. moved some wiring around was hopeing to be able to wire tuck the wireing tht goes along the fenders but im skerd to mess with the old wiring i dont know how brittle it is. but i did tuck the rubberish line for thel windshield washer line in the fender well. looks better i think. hopefully the filling and sanding in the bay will be done within the next couple days. i know i jsut painted it but seeing all the extra holes bugged me haha. my dads also complaining that i dont have her running again yet. postin pics in a few mins, srry bout the horror look of my sanding i used a dremel with the flexible attachment. gonna smooth it all tomorrow. and my bad for the novel ha.

#252194 Nice work man. You'll be glad you chose to fill those holes. As far as the wires go there isn't a way to tuck the headlight etc. Wires without extending them. Personally I wouldn't want my wires under the fenders always exposed to water off the wheels.

Once your done and ready to wash your bay just spray a lot of degreaser all over your bay beforehand. Those wire covers will come out clean and pretty.

I go to the car was and spray whitewall cleaner all over (degreaser just renamed) and then spray it off with high pressure water. After doing that i soap and rinse it. Re-degreasing if needed. Incase you dont know this however, keep your engine running while your spraying the bay with water.

#253238 thats exactly how i feel! i shouuld be able to get more stuff done soon i still gotta do the rest of the engine bay, valve adjustment, timing belt, water pump, fix the mani to downpipe gasket, fix the exhaust before the resonator so it isnt so low and hits the undercarriage at one of the bends, fix the speed sensor issue ( only works when it wants to so im guessing its that), oil change and flush of the tranny fluid, then finish body work, finish cleaning my wiring up, run wires for stereo, fix interior and trunk flooring. and i think tht might be it other then changing front studded tires. oyy i cant wait to finish that then she will be on the road.
