ok i saw the part, but my question is that if you look at the block were the vtec oil pressure switch is supposed to be it has no thread in it(pic 1). in the part at the tip it has a thread, so thats my question if obd1 gsrs' come wit that. oh and we know that the harness is not for that engine, it might be a obd2 but the other owners probably did the obd1 conversion. so thats the reason it has that green plug(pic 2). this is what i think but if someone else has another theory your welcome to post it. thanx

#120668 Your ECU should be throwing a CEL.

You can permanently ground the pin for the VTEC pressure switch at the ECU. It's pretty simple to cut the wire, crimp a ring terminal to it, then slip it over one of the studs that mount the ECU.

ok so by grounding that pin the vtec should work? so what do you think? do the obd1 gsrs come wit oil pressure switch?
