B16, B18, B20

#213873 Hey,

I've searched and haven't been able to get a straight up answer as to what i need to put a B18A1 into my EG. I picked up a full OBD0 B18A1 the other day with 93000 miles that has everything off of the original integra.

I have a spare D series harness I can put on it to run as OBD1 and work with my chipped P28, but what do I need in the way of mounts, cable to hydro conversion, ect.?

I'm also taking my turbo kit off my D16Z6 and putting it on the B18. Is there anything extra I might need or should I already have everything?

Thanks for any input.

#213876 First OBD0 motor to OBD1 conversion....
you need the harness which you have
a p75 as thats the correct ecu any other ecu would not run it correctly....
you will need an obd1 distributor as well. andyou will need to snag the thermostat housing off an obd1 car as the fan switch is different on obd0 engines or you could convert to use that fan switch instead....
the other thing you may wish to change is the intake manifold as the obd1 94-95 is the best for this swap.....so besides that let me see if i cant help you with the rest of your questions

now mounts this im going to explain thru my experiences putting an obd0 motor in an obd1 car...

engine mount you need from an obd1 car
depending on what trans you use i dont know if you can but if you use the cable trans id use the cable trans T-bracket
and the d.side top trans mount i think youd need froman obd1 car as well but unsure about the b series.....

to really make it easier id suggest finding a hydro manual b series trans and just use that.....unless its a 93 teg then youd just need to snag a case and swap the internals as they have the same setup....(from my research)

cable to hydro conversion just buy the kit if you do that but like i said easier if you can grab a hydro trans...

as for the turbo kit i do beleive the only thing youd need isthe manifold...
