#209540 yes. you just need to hone the block if it is std size.

#209724 Shouldn't you also get the rods shot peened as well?

#209732 There is no real reason to do that. GSR are fairly strong as is.

#209767 O ok, because i was told it is a safe precaution to just pay them to be shot peened to be in the safe side.

#209822 you can use either pistons as long as you get the correct bore size.

#210590 You'll be good with CTR pictons in the GSR block, same compression height. Since there's rust in the cylinders, start out ismply honing them to see how deep the rust goes. If it's too deep for a simple hone, you'll obviously need to bore it a bit. Then the bore will be too big for the CTR pistons, unfortunately.

Otherwise, you'll be looking at a static CR of about 11.5:1 with everything else fully stock.

#210591 I lied. Just redid the calculations with the CTR pistons (I clicked B16A instead of B16B).

13.3:1 with a conflicting picton compression height. You'd have to use shorter rods, maybe LS rods?
