- Wed Jul 28, 2010 4:59 am #206517 to update i have a b16 block p72 pistons b17 cams stock b16 head. i have a turbo set up on it and it has stock injectors(i know i jus need it to drive for at least 2 weeks) it turns on great. revs pretty nice but when i start driving it bogs down on low rpms then after 3k-4k it jus motor pulls and rpms shoot up quick but my car dont seem to go nowhere? possible timing issue?

- Fri Jul 30, 2010 8:28 pm #206835 Not familiar with turbo builds but have you checked your timing ? Is there any cel ? What engine management are you runnin for this set up? How much boost are you and do you plan on changing those injectors?

- Fri Jul 30, 2010 10:00 pm #206840 yes it all happened after i changed the timing belt. i checked 3 times and timing is on. TDC and BDC both match., im only on 6lbs but plan to boost more later on. and yes injectors are to come just wanted to get the car running.(ran perfect a week ago) it turns on and dies. if i hold the gas to the floor it stays on at bout 800 rpms.

- Mon Aug 02, 2010 3:46 am #207065 What else did you do besides change the timing belt ? Did your timing belt snap or was it just time to replace ? I think the injectors may play a key part they could be fried and in need of that upgrade and possibly a more suitable fuel pump for boost. Not positive just throwing some things out there.
