- Mon Nov 08, 2010 6:03 am #222088 ok so i got some dual valve springs from blox, and there are 2 bags in the box. both bags have 8outter and 8inner VS. both bags have the same marking on the valve springs, same numbers and everything.

so my question is. are they specific to intake and exhaust sides or does it matter???

- Mon Nov 08, 2010 5:47 pm #222128 I think the aftermarket dual spring setups are not intake/exhaust specific.

I know i searched the same thing with my Omni setup and even contacted Omni and they only had one part number for the outer spring whether it was intake or exhaust side.

But on a side note, which is what got me in my search to begin with, is that the OEM part numbers are DIFFERENT based on intake/exhaust side.

Sooooooooo yea, mine installed fine but the engine has not been cranked yet still sitting on the engine stand for now.
