- Sun Jan 10, 2010 4:06 am #167269 Hey guys I need to get plugs for my motor and I want to know what would be the best plug for my set up. I have a ls vtec with a stock bottom end and a skunk2 head, sk2 intake mani and type r header. what plug should I be using?

They are OEM Honda Plugs. They are awesome. If your are going to be shooting nitrous you will want to get a 1 step colder plug. Its a good idea even if you consider it as having colder plugs wont reduce your horse power. It will just keep you from having detonation.

- Tue Jan 19, 2010 2:14 am #169392 ZFR6F11 is one step colder on the LS. Not sure if that will be the case in an LS/VTEC, but that's what I ran for a while in my last DC4.

PFR6L-13 stock plug for the obd1 B16a. Should work for your car. If you want a step colder grab a PFR5L-13.
