#157381 You will regret using the LSD ITR tranny if that's what you mean by the hydro LSD. Gears are too short for boost. Your engine won't make full boost long enough to use it properly. If at all possible, use a GSR tranny or LS tranny. LS might be better for a 400whp turbo'd engine because of the long gears and therefore more useable boost range.

Whichever tranny you choose, it will accellerate like a raped ape because of the weight of the car it's going into. I just want to help you out with power delivery options. Again, whichever tranny you choose, you can get an LSD for it. AND you can pick up a GSR or LS tranny for way cheaper than an LSD ITR tranny.

I THINK you might be able to get a JDM SiR-G tranny with and LSD in it, but I'm not certain that tranny is inexistence. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm hardly knowledgeable of turbo setups, so I won't go into that.

#157540 Medium boost..? As in you could run 30psi on your block, but run 15psi? Anyway, the gt28r will only support up to 350hp (not taking any bearing swaps into account) while the gt30r will handle up to 500hp.

Take a look at the Evasive Illusions Myspace page www.myspace.com/evasive_illusions There is a video on there (unless it was recently changed) that shows a yellow civy hatch running a boosted itr on a gt35r. it's a youtube video and the same guy/car ran a gt30r prior to that putting down good numbers. I'm doing the 550hp itr build so our builds will be "somewhat" similar. I don't know what kind of money you're looking to spend all together, but the better built your block/head the better off you'll be. I fully agree with the dude about your tranny selection, especially if you're not looking to have internal gearing done. Pick up an LS tranny and LSD it. One of my guys did it on his EK/LS and had no problems.

pistons/rods - crower, eagle, etc.. nice and strong
tb - skunk2 or edelbrock 68mm ftw
a mani that will retain a/c.. good luck, not even on my radar
downpipe - 3" no one specific, ebay, megan racing.., local shop..
ecu - hondata s200/s300 depending on what you want, just tune it
valves - titanium valves and retainers, haven't heard anything good about skunk2, suggest crower
cams - AEM
radiator - mishimoto, although there's plenty of cheaper suitable sups
Hasport CV's level 2.9.. they're cheaper than DSS and support in excess of your goals

#157636 From what I can gather, it seems that the T3/TO4S in your link is more advanced than the 30r and more similar to the 35r. The difference between the two is the the TO4S spools faster, but the 35r has a stronger top-end. Outside of that, it appears that they respond very close at the low-end. From what I've read, up to about 17psi is in keeping with a 35r, but past that the 35r starts to pull. Darryl from Ultimate Racing said that the TO4S is good until about 21psi.., after that the 35r wins. Now that all that is out of the way, the T04S would probably be a contender if your engine is built to support it. For your build, would definitely choose it over the 30 or 35r.

For the manifold.. looks fine to me. I've never seen in person or used a turbo that allowed the a/c to remain in-tact so I can't say for certain, but it does look like it would work. There's also the T3/T4 manifold option for the same price @ inline..
