I guess I never made it back in to update you guys. Looks like I was way off with any idea that could have been wrong. I had spun a bearing and actually had holes in my exhaust valves. The mechanic was actually shocked that I could drive it to the shop. After what seemed like 2 months of being at the shop and my bank account being drained I got the engine rebuilt. I've got about 7-8k miles on the rebuild and still running strong. Now all these little things are going out (brake master, slave cyclinder, tie rods), but it's all good, the car is 18 years old and if I can get another 220k miles out of it i'll be happy.
