It's full stock except an Supersprint muffler and Weitec coilovers

when I got it

Why are you going to an S20(92-95) gearbox. the S40's(96-00) are stronger.
If you want the shorter gears, Get a s40 EX/Si Transmission, It will have "B000" Stamepd in a circle next to the back of the diff. if it has "A000" it will be a Long geared transmission, the "B000"'s are the short geared ex/si transmission.
