#88618 Nothing too fancy,Mouned new tires: bridgestone poteza RE/050A. been trying some brake ideas. Last year I made new brakehats on my S2k with a very deep offset to accomodate big brakes without the need to use spacers. These discs and custom brackets allso fit the EK9 hubs, only problem is the diameter of the disc, I need approx 6mm to get it all in there..mmm

#88744 Started rebuilding the rear calipers today, biggest collection of parts going into a caliper I've ever seen.....but it works. Coated the whole calipers, serviced them and replaced most of the inner working parts with new oem parts. assembled one today, the other one tomorrow.... they'll be able to take the heat again for some time... been a long day today, so a few pics for progress' sake.

#89435 after some searching I found out there are a few different front lower control arms for the EK, The reason I was hesitating was the way the Suspension Techniques anti swaybar is mounted, it was the same way as on an EG. The arms that were on this EK had different mounting tabs, vertical ones in stead of horizontal..... yesterday sourced some EK ones that fit the profile... Burned out the rubbers so that the outer shells remain in the arms since this is the practice with most Energy suspension sets. The Prothane sets are easier, they require removal of the complete oem old shell.
Unfortunately I had already burned out the rubbers on the incorrect arms...ah well....kept me busy....

Left side are the correct arms, brought them together with a whole lot of other parts to the coaters...
