Talking to the other drivers insurance company it sounds like because of all my mods I should be able to get it fixed. :thumb:

talking again to the adjusters on monday with a list of mods and hopeful get it repaired.

Glad your alright hopefully things work out and she will breath life again....but damn id say you where very lucky that bumper looks like a knife in butter...

I am okay, I am super lucky to be in as good as shape as I am. If the bumper went through 1 foot more forward it would have been inside of me. Everyone who sees the pictures tell me how lucky I am.

Today sucked with how sore I am, But I am walking just fine and should be just fine in a few months once my chiropractor is finished.

I just have all the fun "bullshit" to take care of with the insurance company. I go talk to them monday, then have to call to the other insurance company to give them a statement to "find out whos at fault." Maybe the person who ran a stop sign and drove into traffic that has the right away? :?

I will update this thread agian when I find out the fate of my hatch.

yea shouldnt they look at the police report which ends up stating whos fault it was but yea hopefully all goes well and they dont try in give you a run around.....

Shes going to be totaled out.

My Current plans are looking for a 99-00 Civic Sedan EX with Black/Grey Interior. Once I find one in good shape I will it pick up and Drop in my 99Spec B20b and b16 transmission w/ newly tuned p75 Ecu. Then swap over my C/F Goodies, Suspension, EP3 front seats, headlights, etc... Get Integra Type-R 4Door Rear Seats to match my EP3 front seats, 80% Limo tint the windows.Then Spray it Bright Purple or Electron Blue Pearl(99-00 Si Blue) It will be keeping the Cruise Control and A/C. I plan on making both functional w/ the B20.

After installing an upgraded Dual Din 7" DVD player w/ GPS, Back up camera, etc I will a Sedan that takes the best from the JDM and VIP Styles.

I am getting compensated from the insurance company, I will be buying back my hatch and using alot of those parts in making my above mentioned sedan. What I cant use I.E. My cargo cover, GSR Rear leather seats etc will be parted out. I have some friends locally with Ek Hatches that will want some of the parts.

It sucks I didn't get to make any movies with the new b20 in my hatch. Or my exhaust video. I will try to take a video of the exhaust and acceleration before I take her apart.

Pics are on page 7, Its not pretty, I'm lucky to be alive. Lots of damage to the unibody. door is pushed in 3-4 inches. back unibody panel is pushed in, more structural damage is most likely happened as well. Then bill to fix the car was close to 6k from the body shop. Which is why they totaled it out. I was hoping they would fix it, But that's not going to happen.

As much as I miss my hatch, This gives me a good reason to build up a Super Sweet JDM/VIP Sedan. There are Ton's of Sick EK Hatches out there, Not so many Super Sweet Ek Sedans, Plus having an extra 2 doors is super handy.

i'm sooo jealous of that ek sedan, i want one so bad! i have been telling so many people that too :thumb:

i have a feeling a nice ek sedan will be in good hands with your b20 powered? ..can't wait man
