You know I have been thinking about selling the B20 and go K24. The B's good enough for now. however later this year it might not be holding me over.

Hung out with the Sol Squad today and we all did 3 stage Wax Jobs. The Pictures dont show how good of a job it is, They are all just like Mirrors.

Thats still undecided. The Delsol needs a new clutch badly. I am tempted while the b20's out to do h2b. Part of me wants to leave it as it is now, with the exception of a better clutch. The car is plenty quick as it is. The other part wants go with a H2B setup and capture even more awesome Low End Torque, however also get some DOHC Vtec, without the issues of doing a B20v.

As for Delsol seats I also love them, You sit super low and they are hella comfy. This is a very comfortable seats and would have no issues ride in the car for hours on end, although it being more of a Summer/Good weather car normally doesn't happen.

yeah the h2b imo would be better then tryin to do a b20v, you gotta do all that oil tapping crap and you have the better chance of blowin it up
id vote for the h22, moar powerful, better for n/a and ive never seen a h22 sol 8)

and yeah other then the famous tear on mine, there comfy and deff good when i do long trips, better then the stocks forsure :thumb:

#221540 good luck with ur swap man. i went b20v with mine. kicks hard and wasnt hard. i was still learning and had a buddy help me. the walk throughs you can find on honda tech take you step by step, and the way to prevent it from blowin up is either get new rods, or even get a set up stronger arp rod bolt (wich i got for sale ^^) i know here in IN we got a rear mount RWD del sol powered by an H-series.

#222293 oh really? an H22? man that would be nice to have some actual torque, although i bet the b20 is holding it's own on that number..

what's wrong with the clutch, is it just old/worn/too many burnouts? :)

do you drive her much in the rain?

Thinking about an H2B Setup. The b20 is pretty darn quick and torquey, however having a H22 will give even more torque.

I was actually thinking of going with the OEM JDM H23VTEC Blue Top, Then painting the Valve Cover Glossy black like the rest of the Bay. I love me Them Torque's and still be able to rev to 7200 just like the Stock z6. This would be tight as the Stock redline would be correct on my Delsol Instrument Cluster

The clutch was slipping when I pulled the B16 out of my EK and swapped over to the B20. I didn't replace the clutch then, Nor when I pulled it out of the Wrecked EK and dropped it into the Sol.

I Drive the Sol in the Rain when Working on my Sedan. Like tomorrow for example. In the wet its very easy to loose traction, At low speeds I dont give it any more then 50% Throttle in the wet otherwise both tires just spin.

Delsol doesn't see much rain though. Its almost always garaged unless Going out on a Sunny Day for a run through the Hills behind my home or a Car is being worked on in the garage.
