restomod on going summer daily build

- Mon Jan 16, 2012 6:46 pm #290308 i have a 1995 4 door dx(lightest eg 4 door). original paint rust free that im trying to make cleaner. has enough power for now.

has jdm b18c, JRSC @10psi, 525cc injectors, aem rail and filter, braided lines, 2.5" exhaust, ss header, 70mm tb, short intake, neptune tuned by synapse, b16 with lsd trans, omni coil overs, sway bars, strut bars, gsr brakes, rota circuit 8s and ls meshes, maual steering, no abs, no a/c,

far from perfect but i like it.

i need to find some belt molding and interior rear door handles. plus i need to fix the drivers side rear window. could use some new door panels too so if you can find these lmk. in ny

i will take more pics as i replace stuff.

plans:
maybe jdm seats or most likley integra seats, 10" sub, plasti dipping exterior red, plasti diping the interior floor of the car black. shaving emblems and door molding but leaving the indent in molding. re tune at synapse, roof spoiler, might remove lip, water/meth kit maybe, new floor mats, new intake, fender bolts ss, mud flaps, steering wheel, might install my jdm center console or sell cheap, aem cam gears might sell or install,

its not bad. from 20mph-80mph roll it beats up turbo civics with alot more hp.

im hoping to hit high 13s with street tire dunlop direzzas 205 50 15. on type r spring rates. i have stiff suspension on there now i bet it launchs better but its too stiff for me.

my two step is at 3500rpm i might lower it to 3k idk yet waiting for warmer weather


i fixed my glove box handle, rear door handles, idle problem and s/c belt

ordered new struts, coils, muffler, rear bumper, clock block off plate and stainless screws came in. plus my new filter doesnt fit. i have to extend it a bit because it rubs on the throttle cable bracket.

snaped a dry rotted belt. replaced it with a 25" belt thats too long. only making 7psi with the belt tensioner maxed out.

im going to try a 620mm belt or 24.5"

took some interior shots today. i am trying to buy some integra rear seats so they match my grey with black coupe front seats.

think i am going with a 3" exhaust and moding my edlebrock header so the collector is 3". should make some more power with retune.

also my two step is setup so i can change it to what ever i want on the go from 3k rpm to 8.5k. you just hit throttle to the rpm you want then go full throttle and itll 2 step at that rpm. i like it better
