gtstripes wrote:hey man i noticed your coilovers doesnt have 3 adjuster things like on most other coilovers, how do u adjust it to go lower?? my spring is snug in place and it still looks stock height :?

nice build by the way! ill be keeping my eye on this :thumb: :woot:

thanks! :thumb:
i'm using the ground control extended upper mounts, and they actually lower my car about an inch without me messing with spring height.
Image
to lower the springs i unlock the gold ring in the pic above and move it down the threads. i dont have any gap because of the extended top mounts and my springs are a bit short, only 8 inches i think. hope that helps!

#318671 nothing really new, just gathering parts still for the motor.
the brain:
Image
pile of assorted stuff: pistons, oil and water pumps, y7 head with camshaft and gear, etc.
Image
and a really blurry picture of the block I'll be using:
Image
tried taking that picture about 4 times, and every one was blurry, so i gave up
and a pic of how she sits now:
Image
took that from the front door of my job. i work hard :thumb:
still need more parts for the motor, I'll be getting them when I can.

#320630 No real updates, I work retail, so this time of year is insane for me.
Traded my trunk with the replica Ferio wing for a wingless trunk and a rear window visor.
Also traded my faded red/clear tails for some stock USDM ones.
The trunk was painted tan/sky blue camo, so it looks really out of place on my car.
Image
The whole car's gonna be getting paint early next year so I can live with it.
Also going to be picking up a carbon fiber hood sometime soon. It's for a coupe and has a good amount of fading, but its free, so I'll take it.

no updates on the motor building yet, but i did get an engine stand for christmas, so i should be getting some work done on that soon.
in other works, did a sorta OEM big brake upgrade.
used 94 Accord EX rotors (which are 10" compared to the 9" rears on the integra)
also used RSX calipers, brackets, and pads.
before:

after:

so far dont notice a difference, but now ive got 10 inch brakes front and rear! :thumb:
