#345617 Piston rings are here!

I heard Honda uses Riken Piston Rings, so these are OEM I guess.

#345717 My uncle gave my family these new speakers for free.
And they fit my car! Don't you just love free things?

(Left is stock, right is aftermarket)

Thanks! :thumb:

Bad news though. My parents have decided to put a hold on all car work until I catch up in my schoolwork, which could take a while.
So, I most likely won't be replacing them this month. I'm looking at mid-june/early july.
 :(

#345801 Yeah you gotta be really careful and patient. I cracked the seal a bit at the top, but whatever.
I used my sister's heat gun and just slowly pried along the side of the housing.
It took me like 45 mins to take them apart and then like 30 mins to get them re-installed.
But I love them. :D

#346077 Alright, change of plans. I'm able to work on replacing those rings.
I'll probably be attempting that after this next week (Finals week).
Then, on the 14th, my family and I are leaving to go to North Carolina
until the 30th of June. Then, on the 7th of July, we're leaving on a Cruise to Italy.
I'll only be able to work on my car from the 6th to the 14th (8 days), and
from the 30th to the 7th (7 Days).
So, time to cram a lot of work into a little over 2 weeks.

#346097 Not bad for a first time. It's better than it was before. By a longshot.
Now, all I need to do is order Frost White paint.

Going to blend a bit more once my paint is ordered. But today was a day well spent.
