big hello from scotland I have had lots of cars and done some miner mechanical work but with this form I feel brave enough to crack on and do it my self and save the jaw dropping expense of the garage bill all info and help will be appreciated well here is my canvas I have to work with
here is what I found on my engine

Displacement : 1,493 cc (91.1 cu in)
Bore and Stroke : 75 × 84.5 mm (3.0 × 3.33 in)
Compression : 9.6:1
Power : 114 hp (85.0 kW, 116 ps) at 6,500 rpm
Torque : error?: 95–99 lb·ft (13–14 kg/m, 128-134 Nm) :confirm? at 4,500 rpm
Head Code : P2J P2M
ECU Code : P9L
VTEC Switchover : 2,500 rpm (3,500 rpm in fifth gear)
Valvetrain : SOHC VTEC-E, 4 valves per cylinder
