How I came across my honda: In Dec of 2009 my pride and joy 2007 SS Cobalt was stolen I loved that car I really did. I went with out a car for about a month when my BF found her I bought her for $250 dollars, the previous owner couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. So the BF pulled her apart and found out one of the valves were cracked! We bought a new head and that was that she was perfect and purring like a kitten. On Feb 1 2010 she was tagged and put out to roam the mean streets of Maryland and all surrounding states Whilst pulling her apart he noted that she had a brand new water pump, all new belts, alternator, pullys, thermostat, and this other thing I can't remember the name of. To both of our surprise she only failed MD inspection due to a broken windshield wiper switch and a hole in the headlight! So after all that was said and done and fixed she was good to go!
(4/2-4/4) Now comes the good stuff, we put on a full coilover suspension and her pink wheels She looks absolutely gorgeous!!! Everyone asks if I'm going to paint the car a diff color... NO I am leaving the car Teal, I might re-paint her the color she is now but nothing different! YEA I will be getting smaller tires, if you knew where I lived you'd under stand!
My bf got his hands on an almost perfect donor integra
We got my motor and extra trans and my rear disc set up
He traded his blades for my hydro tranny and just kept the cable trans for himself.
I have checked off sooo many things on my modification checklist and I only have a few more to go. One major being the engine/tranny swap. Right now she has a stock d-series motor with an auto trans and in the near and dear future she will have a LS (b18a1) w/ manual hydraulic trans in her. AND I can't waitttt
Now for some pictures I'll updated this as I modify.
Bone Stock:

(psssst... Did you know I'm not a dude?)
