#348856 Charge harness installed into fuse box and done!

The only wiring left to do is the coolant temp, fan switch and extend the radiator fan wires. Other than that, she is completely wired for a k series!

Obviously none of this is final routing. Once I get the motor in I'll know where it all needs to be routed better.

Progress has slowed due to RAIN lol.

#348863 Hole has been cut for the shifter. I still need to tidy it up and trim the shifter box, but considering I lack some key tools, getting the hole cut was a huge accomplishment. lol

#348886 I wasn't able to get much done today as i was spending time with family. But my attention is now on the only thing left. Getting the k20a2 and 6 speed together and ready to drop in.

When i got the swap, it was partially disassembled. Hoses removed, water pump ect. And since I had to pull the timing chain cover to reset the timing, it was probably a good thing lol.

Things that i have done to the engine so far: Today I've managed to reassemble most of the front of the motor. Timing chain cover is on, crank pulley, and k tuned ep3 pulley (eliminates ps and ac). I'll get some pics when it's fully finished as there where some missing water pump bolts so i have not installed the belt yet. I also installed the k tuned temp sensor adapter along with my old b series temp sensor. I also trimmed the intake cover to fit over the k tuned fuel rail if i decide to put it back on.

Things that I have accomplished in the past weeks: k tuned fuel rail installed, clutch and pressure plate installed and k tuned iacv rotation kit and throttle body installed.

Things still to do/needed: figure out where all hoses go that where removed and valve adjustment. I need a new throwout bearing for the trans and a k20 manual half shaft.

Those are the things I can think of off the top of my head for now. I'm sure there are other little things still needed to do. I'm getting closer!

#348936 It's coming together nicely. It's on hold until I sell off a few spare parts to help fund the missing pieces. And then trying to find the time and hoping the weather is decent once I am able to resume lol.

I trimmed way too much off the intake cover to clear the fuel rail. I was eyeballing it and apparently my 43 year old eyes aren't what they used to be lol. I wish i could blame it on beer but I quit drinking over 2 years ago. lol

By the way, it's so hard trying to work on an engine in such a small space. Did I mention I wish I had a shop or even a garage? haha Somehow i make it work though.

I'm gonna keep checking back on this build.

Thanks!

If things go as planned, I'm hoping to drop the swap in by Friday evening.
