Don't need any bases or anything?
Is that blue you're got in your cluster and white in the climage control?
Edit: I'm considering...seeing as how my aftermarket gauges are red, maybe I should go for red in my cluster and bright white in the climate control...
What ya think Derbo? I trust your judgement!

you use the stock bases from your stock bulbs.
It is the twistlock ones that you can get there on that site too if you need them.
the picture shows the cluster as blue but it has more of a white purple hue on the cluster. The climate control is the same type of bulbs. superwhite 74s. For some reason the cluster reacts differently compared to the climate control even though they are the same bulbs.
Red would look good! It would be hard to get amber..but red would be pretty sick. Maybe even pop open your cluster and paint your needles

I added those to my list of projects to do sometime when I have some time and more money lol, hopefully soon.
I really think I'm gonna do red! About popping open the cluster though, is it sealed with some sort of adhesive? Last time I was trying to remove the plastic cover and when pulling on it, it started to crack on one of the corners, thankfully it isn't noticeable in the bezel, but how would I remove that to maybe think about painting the needles red?
I have all the bases, so that's good to know, I'm gonna do some searching and see if I can't find those locally anywhere for cheaper.

Sorry for the slight thread jack, but it answers the question.
You haveto push down and in on the tabs, once they start to slide through you can do the same to the other side and do the same
Remember when Civics were cool ? Yea me neither

i'm unhappy with the horizontal aiming of the headlights. one is slightly at an angle while the driver side is perfect.

i just redrilled one of the pivot screws.. its all dandy now. :]
10x better than today.
Also I'm running notched D2R in my car... if i got some D2S bulbs..it might make the brightness better..
(Moms car Lexus IS300 got in an accident but headlights were scratched but not broken besides tabs) I took all the ballasts + bulbs :]
Total spent on hid setup:
-Headlights $0 traded my stock EJ1 seats for them
-TSX projectors $150 on EBAY
-Philips D2R bulbs + denso ballasts (free from accident)
-misc bolts/glue/metal/etc $20
$170 for this setup yeee!! :]
just waiting on the harness now..
Do you know if you got a positive switched harness? I need to have bixenon harness too basically..since i want it to operate like a bixenon.

You ain't seen nothing till you've seen my angels, it's almost 32 here now everyday so don't be copmlaining lol. I'll take a pic soon and thanks for that quick DIY. I tried with those tabs before but shit started to creak and crack, I'll try again a LITTLE more gently.
Edit: Found that same store on ebay, bulbs are $1 cheaper

Honestly Derbo i don't know if mine is positive switched or not, I have to find out if a 99 Camry is, cause that is what i got mine off of. it would possibly explain why my passenger highbeam wont work when the car is turned on i guess, if i flash them when the car is off, sometimes both highbeams work, if i have the DRL fuse in, and turn the car on, they both come on, but if i turn the lights on then turn on the highbeam only the drivers side works

I was just playing the sacarsm card cause i know its cold there. Right now its around 60-70
and that link, my LEDs are tri power.

I got superwhite but the film behind the gauge cluster causes it to turn more blueish hue.
