- Mon Jul 19, 2010 7:54 am #205303 yeah dont use coilover spring on your standard shocks, heard so many bad stories. look on civiclife.net for second hand pair(it the only thing its good for), i got 40mm gmax shocks an springs for £60.

- Tue Nov 16, 2010 3:50 pm #223170 The D16 needs a rebuild as it has a oil buildup in cylinder 1 so gotta take the engine out.... Prefer the looks of coupe's and i'm kind of attached to mine!

Plan is the turbo kit + hondata onto my coupe, coilovers too and maybe wheels for winter wheels. interior too :)

And the rust on the arches of the hatch are a bit... meh.

- Sun Nov 21, 2010 12:26 pm #223889 I went the way of a new Coupe shell for all my running gear and as I wanted to take it easy and do it right now over a year later I'm still working on it :( though should be ready for the summer, and might come down your way for a drive be good to get to a meet.

Nice work on the donar got lots of toys you can put to good use. gimme a shout if you need any advise and we want lots of pics too

My black coupe ended up blowing the head-gasket due to a clog in the radiator. Now that's fixed, and the other civic is on the drive.l got lots of plans for both the cars.

Thinking about getting myself a red civic coupe instaed of the black one.
