#292476 At friday we finished the engine harness, vtec and map sensor were missing.

Then the problems were starting...

Problem no. 1 leaky intake....some dirt was behind the gasket.
Problem no. 2 leaky injectors..because I used a B16A2 fuel rail on b18c6 intake manifold, had to remove the spacers.

After that the motor didn't wont to start so we went home after 3am -.-

First I did some work an my front axle:

Next day I started with new battery, wo thought that would fix the problem.
But it didn't ... so I started to search

Mistake no. 1 - no cable mass on trany
Mistake no. 2 - missing cable at motor fuse box

motor didn't start after that... so I called my buddy Kamil...the said "Check your error codes"
:D I didn't thought on that ...so I read the error codes... he was rigiht... error code 23 & 41.

So I checked my lambda... yes it was missing :D
After that the motor starts but only for a second.
So it was saturday afternoon and I packed my stuff and want to go home.
But I tried again... :) yes it runs! So my motor get a new name "Diva" :D

Here is video from Fabian vs. B16 enjoy ;)

#292784 That sensor isn't required. Its a purge valve for the EVAP system. I tossed the sensor, and the wiring and had zero check engine lights.

If you haven't noticed, the place where you plumbed it, wont work either. That's where the vacuum line runs from the brake booster to the intake manifold.

As far as it not starting, check the injector wiring, check your ground on the thermostat. I just ran into an issue where the 10mm backed out and the car died, retightened the bolt and it fired right back up.

Progress is progress though.
