#148360 thanks guys...it's another shitty ebay turbo but meh, if it lasts a year like people say they do i might be in a better position to eventually buy a name brand one :thumb: or i could just get a turbonetics/garrett center section...

well i found out that i think my left side calipers (both front/rear) don't work and my ebrake has never worked so i'm going to order up some new rear calipers/cables and maybe a front one as well....this fucking car...

#148381 Make sure the caliper you get is a Nissin reman if you go with a reman caliper. Seriously. Anything else and you have a shitty case on your hands.

#148508 Stock sized brakes will do fine, but definitely want to upgrade the pads and probably the rotors.

I don't make much power, but I love my Hawk HPS pads and PowerSlot rotors.

#148512 I'm happy with my integra 5 lug, brakes a lot better as the stock ej brakes..
I won't leave the brakes stock, but just make sure it they will brake. ;)

#148541 The four lug of the EG and the four lug of the non-ITR DC is plenty of stout. I was just out in the back roads around here ripping on my clutch after 1500miles of break in on my old car that was totalled, and my PowerSlots and Hawks worked beautifully.

#149093 i love my rear disc swap... i think the main thing was the bigger MC/BB,

comes to find out that my rear left caliper wasent workng at all, so i went to autozone and replaced it over the weekend, bled my brakes and i FINALLY FIXED MY E-BRAKE!!! :woot:
i havent had one basically since i swapped the discs.


on a FML point, i got my new turbo in the mail today but the downpipe won't fit because it has some slightly different geometry. so i need to order a 1/2" spacer for the manifold/t3 flange

once i get that flange in the mail, i have a bigger FMIC coming so i that's going to be another can of worms. ALSO, my fuggin clutch is getting shipped 100 miles away. What a big bitch this is turning out to be :x :x

yeah dude, thanks... you and me both, i'm fuckin tired of this thing being on jack stands, of course i ordered the wrong part and now gotta wait another 8+ days. clutch went to the wrong spot.

but man i hope to be tuned on ~15 psi next go around so yeah i wanna race too :thumb: maybe x-mas time i hope or spring....

yeah dude it sucks..but actually it worked out alright, the flanges i ordered i'm sending back for a refund and i ended up being able to cut it and re-weld it at my dad's place... don't hate my shitty welds :wink:

wow dude, yeah i can't stand the waiting game, my car was on 4 jack stands for like 2 weeks :lol: but here are some update pics:

i got a bigger FMIC and cut out my bumper for it
changed the oil (old turbo fucked the oil FAST)
Installed new turbo (little smaller)
Re-welded downpipe!
fixed my rear brake calipers and Fixed my damn e-brake.

*gave myself a fuckload of slivers*

#150339 clutch is going in over the course of this week and weekend cause being in school and senior design is killin me. Tune is coming within a few weeks :thumb:
