- Sat May 28, 2011 5:01 pm #257189 my bad been so busy with trying to graduate i havent been able to do basically anything to the coupe. =/ got a million other things ive been having to deal with also. the qp's are gonna be replaced the right way after i graduate and get a lil more money coming in. gunna set everything up so i can throw some 20 day plates on to see how the trans,motor,and suspension is since i didnt really get to drive her much before. gotta retro fit that rtarded sedan front bumper on till i can get the coupe one. and plastic weld the back one. she runs great right now. i cant do the tb and wp till i got more time. if all goes well if i start bustin ass im graduating on june 11th but if not just gotta do an online class for my last credit. my damn school had all my credits messed up :x . more updates soon!

- Sat Jun 04, 2011 3:15 am #258014 update! put some things back on the civic threw a temp plate on and tested her today. kinda fealt stumbly when trying to speed up? stilll gotta fix the tss, shifter bushings and now a studd for the vc :x checked if they were tight enough when i first tested her and the effer snapped. got a nut on there and tightened it down just enough till i can fix the stud. had to zip tie part of my back bumper on because the metal is missing where its supposed to bolt onto... should have these things fixed really soon graduation is on the 11th so if i do good on my finals and all that i should be good. also gettin my girl into wanting a civic haha. more updates soon peeps

As far as it being stumbly on accell it could be a number of things. check your tdc and make sure your ignition components are in good order. if that doesnt work check your fuel pressure and do a compresion check. Then check to make sure your injectors are spraying cleanly.

- Mon Jun 06, 2011 1:24 am #258175 im doing plug wires,plugs, fuel filter and if i can find it the pcv valve. the exhaust leak is worse then before and dont have torches filled yet to pull the downpipe from the mani. still smokes but only at higher rpms. seems petty peppy after the bog/stumble. ordein te shifter bushing and rear 1/4 partials this coming friday. still gotta replace the valve cover stud :x

- Mon Jun 06, 2011 5:23 pm #258286 found part of my problem. the pcv vallve was clogged all to hell. she runs a lil better but seems to smoke more?! and my gas gauge is not working right . any common things with the gauges or anything?

- Fri Jun 10, 2011 1:08 pm #258960 well fixed part of the boggin, the pcv valve and a couple vaccum lines wer shit. i still bur oil like a mofo and ive gone through almost 5 qwuarts in less then an effin week! my budyy wants to sellme his ls swap for 550 with everything i need it just needs a clutch and slave cylinder and d be set.

- Thu Jun 16, 2011 3:22 am #259635 update-ordering my valve seals this week, noticed my rad hoses kept collapsing and i think its a faulty cap. mine has a broken rubber seal and looks original. so im gonna pick one up tomorrow. got a temp job done to pass saide rear 1/4. trunks being sanded tomorrow monring and painted flat black. also does anyone know where i could pickup one of the valve cover studs? that go from the head to the valvecover. one of mine snapped and i got a dif nutt barely on there. i gotta pickup a new vac line for the pc valve because i bout line that was cheap and thin and it eeps collapsing. soo gonna try to see if the parts store has a replacement for it. gotta adjust my rear brakes a lil more because my ebrake isnt working as good as it should be. pics soon

- Wed Jun 22, 2011 3:43 am #260316 update- got a lil bored tonight after re adjusting my rear brakes and working on the rear quarters nd figured id add a lil special touch to my engine bay. also added new ground wire and now terminals and battery tiedown.
