Sadly my memory wasn't failing me it is a p72 head so it would seem i was duped on buying my engine which is annoying as the place was recommended. They aren't a honda specialist just a general breakers yard and really doubt i will be able to sort anything out with them as they had a discmlaimer of returns within a week and i have had the engine for about 10 months now. So guess i shall have to blame my ingnorance of not spotting this earlier, and take it as hit and add it to list of problems i have had with this build. It was also really quite cheap for an itr conversion over so its probably worth its money but just not what i thought i was getting.
So i was home again this weekend getting some more bits done, spent most of my time trying to fix this idling issue checked my tps and iavc which were fine. but i did seem to have problems bleeding the cooling system, i think it may be getting air in from somewhere so that will probably be this weekends fun trying to sort that.
i also got my bumpers back so i threw them on to see how it was looking.
