yes changing my 3.2 heads over to the 3.5 bottom end and superpumped about the supercharger as the intake manifold is gonna work great for retro fitting the charger on it but it will have to wait till the motor is back in and running

thats one seriously sexy hatch. have you considered modding your oil pan to create extra clearance after all its just metal and metal can be cut and welded no problem

yea but its not an issue with the first gen mounts that has the motor sticking out of the engine bay , but with the gen 2 mounts thats prolly a good idea ill post some pics of the clearances after i get the motor back in ,in a few days

oh i know having it up with the first gen mounts has no clearance issues. but having the motor sit that high in the car isnt good for your cog.

just went with some bad info on a thread i found apparently the 2003 cl type s has a one off block that is only for the sixspeed transmission so it wont bolt to any other jseries blocks so just took the 3.5 crank rods and pistons up to the machine shop to have them checked out , there all within clearances so im just gonna stuff them in the 3.2 block works out fo rthe better i guess because the 3.2 is the strongest bottom end of all j swaps so back on track now saves me from modding the halfshaft just sucks cuz i wasted money on headgaskets and that silly halfshaft which was a hundred dollars ooooooo well chalk it up to the game

could always re sell the 3.5 block and the gaskets and half shafts. but my question is how impossible is it to score one of those six speed transmissions and is it swapable into the car....
