#184290 damn, that seems like such a deal on that clutch...lots of customization on their parts, looks like they came through. does the CG transmission offer better performance for drag/dd?

#186916 Yeah, it's a super crazy trans. It utilizes a half shaft, has 1st-4th gears, then a handcuff(handcuff keeps the gears from spreading apart and destroying each other), then 5th gear is on the outside of the trans in a little cover. You can swap in a B16 LSD. The gear ratio is shorter than any other d-series trans. Thanks to that 5th gear on the outside, freeway driving is AWESOME. you can swap it with the 5th gear from the older accord trannies, so cruising like 70-75mph your rpm's are at like 2800rpm. Best D-series trans ever! lol

Not much work has been getting done. Having two jobs and cold weather owns me :( Sunday should be a good day to work on it though.

Made a carbon fiber mounting plate for my AEM boost solenoid,

I'll get better pics in the morning (not cell phone shots haha)

Yeah haha. Guys making over 450 have a hard time (took a year to break the first one, which only cracked the case) breaking this thing, when normally they were breaking a trans 1-2 times a week.

First i bought a sheet from dragonplate.com, then i just ordered an ebay caron fiber lisence plate from for like 20 bucks, then used my jig saw with a metal blate to cut it up. i originally bought it to make my block plate/gauge pod, but now i've been using the left overs to make other stuff

Just chopped the linkage arm down and drilled a hole. This is the guy that originally did the swap. This is the last thing i need to do for mine to be complete

#187438 I havent driven my car yet. but mike, first guy to do this swap, said it's awesome. he's running 10's and daily drives the car. only broke one so far and it was just a cracked case. no biggie. :)

#187553 Thanks guys!

Had to send the turbo off too turbos direct in arizona to get it rebuilt, apperently who ever did it before i bought them didn't know what they were doing. :x

Got my StraightLine Specialties head flange in today! They are SOO sick. Ordered 5or 6 of them. After i build mine there are a few local people that want one :)

They are cnc'd. effing bad ass. haha.

Also will be making another order through ATP turbo in the morning for my t3 divided flange, v-band for the DP, and hopefully my wastgates. :) Racing starts on the 30th, so i gotta HURRY!! :D
