just got the car back from the welder. i thought it'd go faster with no side skirts / bumper beam :lol: :lol:

track was greasy as hell tonight.. tried leaving off the 2 step first pass and didnt hook 1st or 2nd very well so i decided to sandbag the 12.99 index.. first round ran a Supra that was also sandbagging and got beat by inches.

That was a 12.99 index ( run 12.98 you're dq'd) we both ran it almost perfect, hitting the brakes and pedaling it. He got me with a 13.012 to my 13.018. If you put your cursor on his front tire at the beginning of the race, you can see how ridiculously close it was at the stripe.

He was cool, definitely surprised by the little hatchy :lol:
